What are the duties of a Wilson Car Park Officer?

Maintaining the operation and enforcement of locations assigned
Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained
Problem resolution and reporting
Ensuring the car parks are tidy and presentable
Liaising closely with key internal and external stakeholders
Monitoring and reporting of car park performance

What are the minimum requirements to be a Wilson Car Park Officer / Roving Car Park Officer?

Able to communicate in English
Have competent computer literacy
Have immaculate personal presentation
Demonstrate a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
For Roving Officers, possess a valid Singaporean driving licence for motorcycles

What are the responsibilities of a Valet?

Provide valet parking and retrieval services
Ensuring that our high customer service standards are maintained
Monitoring and reporting of site performance

What are the minimum requirements to be a Valet?

Able to communicate in English
Have immaculate personal presentation
Possess a valid Singapore driving license for cars

What are the duties of a Wilson Valet​?

Park and retrieve customer in a safe manner​
Attend to customer's enquiries and feedbacks in a courteous and diligent manner
Manage the valet parking area
Provide customers with a receipt in exchange of handed-over keys

What are the minimum requirements to be a Wilson Valet?

Possess valid Singapore driving license for cars
Able to converse in basic English effectively
Reliable and trustworthy

What are the responsibilities of a Command Centre Officer?

Able to communicate in English
Ability to be self-managed and self-directed, within a team environment
Organisation skills with attention to detail
Able to multi-task and perform basic diagnostic of computer systems

What are the minimum requirements to be a Wilson Command Center Officer?

Able to converse in basic English effectively
Proficient in computer systems
Reliable and trustworthy
Able to perform under pressure
Experience in Call Center roles is an advantage

What are the responsibilities of a Technician?

Carry out daily servicing, repairs and maintenance as scheduled
Timely response to breakdown calls, evaluate cause of breakdown and implement the best solution
Record and report maintenance tasks performed for repairs and preventative schedules
Assist in the installation of car parks

What are the minimum requirements to be a Technician?

Possess valid Singapore driving license for commercial vehicles.
Able to communicate in English
Ability to work well under pressure in a demanding operational environment
NITEC/Polytechnic/SPM qualifications
Experienced in PCB Board / M&E preferred

What are my working hours?

8 hours per day, 6 days a week
14 days of medical leave per year

How many Medical and Annual leave am I entitled?

Starting from 7 days of annual leave per year
14 days of medical leave per year

When will I receive my salary?

Basic salary - last day of the month
Overtime and other allowances - by the 10th of the subsequent month

What if I only have Malaysian driving license for roles requiring a Singapore license?

You must convert your license to a valid Singapore license within 3 months from your commencement date
Should you not convert within 3 months, the Company reserves the right to terminate your employment
